This essentially does the same thing as soaking overnight. If you don’t know what a quick soak is, it is where you cover your dried beans in water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, and then let set covered for one hour. So I did a quick soak method on them and they turned out perfectly. I did however have a half a pound of navy beans in my freezer. ![]() I did not soak my beans over night and didn’t have a can in the pantry. Onion You will just have to adjust temperatures and likely thaw your chicken a little because y’all, I used frozen chicken breast in this meal! Now with that said, you can also make this in a standard crockpot or dutch oven. If I have said it once I have said it a million times, if you are looking for a reason to purchase a new small kitchen appliance this is your reason! It is not only great for air frying, but it also doubles as a slow cooker AND pressure cooker! And they have a newer version out!!! It is on my Mother’s Day wish list for sure!
